Real questions from real families — answered honestly.
What are the benefits of prenatal / pregnancy chiropractic care?
Pregnancy asks an extraordinary amount of your body in a very short time, and your nervous system is steering all of it. Neurologically-focused prenatal care helps your body adapt to those rapid changes, supports pelvic balance and alignment, and helps calm a nervous system that’s often running in overdrive. Moms commonly report more comfort throughout pregnancy, better sleep, and a body that feels more prepared for birth. Just as importantly, a calmer maternal nervous system creates a calmer environment for your baby.
What is the Webster Technique?
The Webster Technique is a specific, gentle chiropractic analysis and adjustment focused on balancing the pelvis, ligaments, and surrounding muscles during pregnancy. When the pelvis is balanced and the nervous system is clear, the body is able to function the way it was designed to throughout pregnancy and birth. It’s safe, gentle, and a cornerstone of the prenatal care we provide.
When should I start pregnancy care?
The sooner, the better, ideally as early in pregnancy as possible, and we love caring for women before conception, too. That said, it’s never too late to start. Whether you’re in your first trimester or your final weeks, beginning care helps your body adapt to the season you’re in right now and prepare for what’s ahead.
What about postpartum care?
The fourth trimester is real, and it matters. After birth, your body, hormones, and nervous system are recalibrating all at once, often while you’re running on very little sleep. Postpartum care helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into recovery, supporting healing, energy, mood, and your capacity to care for your new baby. You poured everything into bringing your child into the world. Let us help pour back into you.
What are the benefits of pediatric chiropractic?
A child’s nervous system is developing at a staggering pace, and that development can be disrupted by the stress of birth, falls, illness, and the demands of growing up. Neurologically-focused pediatric care helps remove interference so a child’s body and brain can develop and function the way they were designed to. Parents often notice improvements in sleep, digestion, mood, focus, immune resilience, and overall regulation. We’re not treating a disease; we’re clearing the path for a child to thrive.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network, cash-based practice, and that is an intentional choice. Insurance dictates short, symptom-focused visits, it won’t pay for the kind of thorough, individualized, nervous-system-focused care families come to us for. By stepping outside that system, we’re able to spend real time with you, build a plan around your actual needs, and pursue true wellness instead of the bare minimum. We keep our pricing transparent and offer plans designed to make care accessible, and we’re always happy to walk through the details with you.
When should my baby or child get started?
As early as you’d like, we care for babies in their very first days of life. Birth, even a smooth one, places significant stress on a newborn’s spine and nervous system. Getting checked early gives your child the best possible start. For older kids, the best time to begin is now; their nervous systems are remarkably adaptable, and the sooner we clear interference, the more we set them up to flourish.
What conditions do you help with in kids?
We don’t treat conditions in the traditional sense, we restore nervous system function so the body can do its job. That said, families commonly come to us with concerns like colic, reflux, trouble sleeping, ear infections, constipation, latching and feeding struggles, sensory challenges, focus and behavioral concerns, anxiety, and developmental delays. When the nervous system is overwhelmed and stuck in stress, many of these challenges show up together and many improve as that system is calmed and reconnected.
Will it actually work for my family?
This is the most honest and important question, so we’ll answer it honestly: we don’t know until we look. That’s exactly why we begin with a thorough assessment and objective scans rather than promises. What we can tell you is that we only recommend care when we genuinely believe we can help and if we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll tell you and help point you in a better direction. Hope, here, is built on evidence, not hype.
